Park Host
We are seeking a full time Park Host to live on-site and be responsible for various tasks around the property. Must have own RV/camper, company will provide site and a negotiated base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and report all actions that take place on site. In the event of an incident, contact appropriate authority immediately
- Maintain landscaping, trash cans and general clean up and maintenance of the site
- Work entry booth, collect monies and check in RV’ers and campers
- Patrol to ensure campers are abiding by park rules
- Report to property manager and corporate office
Requirements:
- Must have security guard card
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays at all hours of the day
- Must be reliable and hard working
- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to take random drug tests
